Rudolf Stark has been Executive Vice President of the ZF Passive Safety Systems Division since August 2019. The graduate in business administration and mechanical engineering joined ZF in October 2018 as head of the automatic transmission business area within the Car Driveline Technology division. From 1987 to 2001 he worked in various companies, including as sales manager and project manager at DaimlerChrysler Rail Systems. In 2001, Stark moved to Continental AG, where he took on various managerial positions in the areas of sales, development and general management. In 2009, as Managing Director of Conti Temic microelectronic GmbH, he took over the management of the Transmissions division. From 2016 to September 2018, Rudolf Stark, also as Managing Director, was responsible for the Hybrid Electric Vehicle division.
Ulf Loleit has been Senior Vice President Finance at ZF Passive Safety Systems since June 2023. From August 2019 to June 2023, Ulf Loleit was Head of Corporate Finance at ZF. Ulf Loleit has extensive know-how in the management of credit risks, in financial planning and controlling, and in the development of financing strategies for takeovers and investments. Before studying economics in Germany and Canada, Loleit completed an apprenticeship at Deutsche Bank, where he also worked alongside his studies. In 1997 he started his career at BASF in Ludwigshafen as Management Associate Finance & Administration. In more than two decades working for the BASF Group, Loleit has held various management positions in the areas of finance, controlling and corporate treasury.
